Meredith Melia

Meredith Melia is a Master’s student at UMass Boston’s School for the Environment, working in the Chen lab. She is interested in examining the effectiveness of coastal nature-based solutions in absorbing wave energy and reducing erosion, with the overarching theme of how to make our shorelines more resilient. Meredith received her BS in Environmental Studies from Suffolk University.
