Eleanor Davol is a Master of Landscape Architecture candidate at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. This summer, she is working with the Stone Living Lab to expand its work into green stormwater infrastructure. Eleanor has a background in environmental science from Barnard College, where her senior thesis used acoustic and vegetation data to investigate the relationship between songbird abundance and time since wildfire in an Arctic-boreal ecosystem. She has experience working for SCAPE Landscape Architecture and SWA Group, and is interested in how ecological methodology can be integrated into landscape architecture—both in pedagogy and in practice.
