Join fellow Hull residents and town staff for a trip to Watson Park in Braintree!
As part of the Hull Climate Adaptation project, join fellow Hull residents and town staff for a trip to Watson Park in Braintree! We will explore this park and its newly constructed living shoreline, and learn from local staff and experts about this adaptation strategy for coastal flooding. A living shoreline strategy, one of several adaptation options being designed in Hampton Circle, addresses community needs while providing coastal resilience. At Watson Park, it is designed to address flooding concerns, maintain a natural ecosystem, protect access to ball fields and parks, and protect an underground sewer line.
Please RSVP here. Please note that this trip is for residents of Hull, MA.
