SLL Managing Director Featured in Panel Discussion on Threats of Climate Change

Stone Living Lab Managing Director Joe Christo took part in a panel discussion about the threats of climate change following a screening of Inundation District at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Dorchester on March 21, 2024.

The new film explores the implications of Boston’s decision to develop its low-lying, coastal Seaport District and features two Stone Living Lab staff: Education & Engagement Senior Program Manager Rebecca Shoer and researcher Jarrett Byrnes, who is also an Associate Professor of Biology at UMass Boston.

Fellow panelists included Sanjay Seth, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Climate and Equity in EPA Region 1, and Julie Wormser, Senior Policy Advisor at the Mystic River Watershed Association. The discussion was moderated by the filmmaker, Boston Globe Contributing Reporter David Abel.
