Community Engagement Manager

Elisa Guerrero is the Community Engagement Manager. Her role is joint between Stone Living Lab and UMass Boston’s Sustainable Solutions Lab. In her role, she helps foster relationships with community partners to ensure that meaningful community input is incorporated into both organizations’ initiatives and that their work is grounded in community needs and priorities. Prior to working for Stone Living Lab, Elisa worked on municipal and regional climate action planning, state-level resilience frameworks, and community engagement efforts through roles in climate-focused consulting for Planning Communities and municipal planning for the City of Monona, Wisconsin. She also has experience in parks conservation and outreach. She received her BS in Community and Environmental Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Madison and her MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
